Request a Return

Every return starts with a return authorisation (an RMA). Fill this in and we will review it and email you what to do next. It takes about a minute.

  1. Tell us the order and what is wrong.
  2. We review it and email you a decision.
  3. If approved, we send the return address and instructions.
  4. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Our order number is on your order confirmation email. If you bought on GunBroker, use your GunBroker order number.

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, there is no restocking fee and we cover return shipping.

Electronic signature consent. By typing my name and drawing my signature above, I agree to do business electronically and I adopt this drawing and typed name as my legal electronic signature, with the same effect as a signature written in ink. I confirm I am the person named on this order, or am authorised to act for them, and that I accept the return terms shown on this page, including any restocking fee and non-refundable shipping that apply. I understand the date, time, my IP address and my browser are recorded with this signature as evidence of this agreement.

Before you send anything back

  • Wait for the authorisation. Returns shipped without one can be refused.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, with the item in original condition and packaging.
  • A 15-20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and original shipping is not refundable.
  • No fee at all if the item is defective, arrived damaged, or we made the error, and we pay return shipping.
  • A firearm is final once you complete the Form 4473 at your dealer, so please inspect it before you sign.
  • Opened ammunition, custom or special order items, engraved items and clearance items cannot be returned.
